3/23/25 Update

Projects and editing progress

Hi Substack people!

Just wanted to give everyone a short update, and start doing these updates every Sunday morning just to keep myself honest and focused.

So here are the updates on my current, active projects.

Dungeon Core
Book 1 is with my co-author Sean Oswald, and more information will become available in the near future. Right now we’ve started beta readers, and final edits on book 1, and book 2 has started its rough draft. Hope to have the rough draft of book 2 done by the end of next month, along with the final product for book 1.

This one is very interesting to me. I’ve never done a dungeon core book before, and working with Sean we’re looking to make this a fantastic series for all of you. Right now its slated to be a trilogy.

RAAP 1, 2, and 3 edits
RAAP’s first arch is going through some rewrites and editing right now getting it ready for final publication. Already a lot has changed thanks to your reader feedback over on Royal Road and I hope to have rough drafts for book 4 started and publishing here on Substack by May, and over on Royal Road by July.

Progress on book 1 right now is focused primarily on the early chapters, smoothing things over and reworking some of the mechanics and adding some additional character moments that you have all been asking for.

RAAP Short stories
I have several short stories I’ve already started work on. These will be published exclusively here on Substack for paid subscribers and I hope to have the first one published some time before book 4 starts releasing chapters over on Royal Road.

Some of these are funny, some of them are more serious, and some are down right tragic. I think you’re going to love them all :)
